- Register your return online or contact Client Services: Register your return online by connecting to your My GORDELLE account or emailing Client Services at info@gordelle.com.
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
- Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
- Deliver your package to stated shipment center.

- Complimentary exchanges & returns within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be in perfect & sellable condition
- Original packaging
- Original invoice, leaflets, and certificates
- No exchanges and returns for customized items or orders.
- Clients planning to export items are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in connection with such exports.
